SHIPPING

All of our products are packed and shipped within 2-3 business days from the order date. Although we do our best to have the product delivered on the estimated time provided, sometimes delays can happen caused by factors beyond our control.

We offer international shipping. Orders that are shipped to countries outside the United States may be subjected to import taxes, customs tariffs, and fees levied by destination country or the shipping company. These charges are the customer's responsibility and will be billed by the delivery company. We have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate them. Tariffs and taxes are neither collected nor included in your price calculation at the time of your order; for an estimate of fees, which vary by region, contact the customs office in your area.

Yes!!! We offer free shipping within the US on Pleaser and Hella Heels shoe orders. International shipping will be charged on a separate invoice after the order is completed. On this case, shoes will be shipped only after international shipping has been paid.

Please be aware there are no return on shoes.

Any made to order items will require more processing time. You will receive an email with the estimated processing time after you place your order. 

We offer free pick up for orders placed in Jacksonville FL only.
