Return Policy

Return Policy for Manufacture Defects: we inspect all of our products before packing and shipping. You must inspect the items as soon as they arrive. If you notice any manufacture defects please notify Grata Designs within 2 days of receiving your goods at info@gratadesigns.com. Please send in details of the product defect and we will send you a Return Form. If the product is defected due to manufacturing, we will send you a return label and will repair or replace the product depending on product availability.

Return or Exchange Grata for Designs Products: Products are eligible for returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving date. Please email us at info@gratadesigns.com to request a Return Form. All shipping expenses for returns and exchanges are responsibility of the buyer.  If returned items has alterations, make up stains or deodorant marks, we will charge a 15% restocking fee. Please follow all instructions for returns on our Return Form. All items are subjected to approval for returns or exchanges.

Return Policy for PoleMamas Body Grip: We do not accept returns on PoleMamas Body Grip unless there is a manufacture defect within 2 days of receiving the item. Please request a Return Form if that is the case by email info@gratadesigns.com.

Return Policy for Pleaser and Hella Heel Shoes: We do not accept returns or exchanges on Pleaser and Hella Heel Shoes. Please select carefully the color and size.
