Return Policy

Return Policy for Manufacture Defects: we inspect all of our products before packing and shipping. You must inspect the items as soon as they arrive. If you notice any manufacture defects please notify Grata Designs within 2 days of receiving your goods at info@gratadesigns.com. Please send in details of the product defect with a picture attached if possible. After we receive your email, you will be notified if your item is eligible for return and replacement. If your item is eligible for return or replacement due to manufacture defect, Grata Designs covers the cost of shipping, otherwise return shipping fees are responsibility of the customer.

We will not accept manufacture defect complaints after 2 days of delivery.


POLE BODY GRIP: Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchange or refund of Pole Body Grip unless the product is faulty or as otherwise required by law. In case of faulty, the product needs to be return within 7 days and we will replace the product. Grata Designs LLC reserves the right to assess the condition, use and age of the returned item. 


ALL ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS OR EXCHANGES MUST HAVE ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED TO THE GARMENT AND NO SIGNS OF WEAR (deodorant marks, signs of being washed, fabric softner or perfume smells etc). 

Items without all original tags and /or signs of wear will be charged a 15% restocking fee. If the garment is altered, it will not be accepted for return.

All of our shorts are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons, exceptions on manufacture defects.


Returns and Exchange Policy: If you would like to exchange or return an eligible item, notify us at info@gratadesigns.com within 5 days of receiving it. You will receive an email from us with a Return Form. All items must be packed in a box including the Return Form and sent to Grata Designs within 5 days after receiving the RF. Items without a Return Form will not be accepted and returned to the sender. We are not responsible for any damages to products in transit back to us. For the success of your return and credit, please use a pre-paid, insured carrier with a tracking number. Once we receive your package and the item is approved, we will notify you via email and the new item will be sent  or the funds will be credit to the same credit card used for purchase within 10 business days. Shipping charges are not refundable. In case of exchanges, you will be charged a shipping fee for the new item.


SALE ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.


Returned Items by the mailing companies due to wrong mailing address: If a package is returned to us due to wrong address, we will contact the customer immediately. New charges will be applied to resend the package. We will attempt to contact the customer 3 times via email (domestic and international orders) and phone (domestic orders only). If there are no response from the customer for 4 weeks, the items will be returned to the online store and a restocking fee of 30% of the original value of the item will be charged.
